Best Foot Forward

Jordan David Safety

Probably the single most powerful way to capture a prospect's attention, and business, is to show him/her conclusively how to save money -- even after buying your product. A terrific way to do this is with a by-lined article in which the author (our client) has the opportunity to present his case in a way that carries the implied endorsement of the publication in which the story appears.

In this particular case our client was able to cite National Safety Council statistics that put the cost of a reportable slip-and-fall accident at some $28,000 -- the equivalent cost of about 800 pairs of their high traction footwear. Our client noted that readers need only preclude two slip-and fall accidents in order to offset the cost of safety footwear for 800 employees -- logic that hits home for virtually every reader of a magazine like Occupational Health & Safety.
