Target Communications offers market research services designed to help our clients better understand the needs of their customers, prospects, and other in the industries they serve. We offer primary research, in which we go directly to individuals or groups to determine their thoughts and ideas on various subjects. Primary research may be done with mail surveys, telephone interviews, focus groups, and even mall intercepts when necessary. We work with clients to develop strategies, formats, questions, venues, geography, and target audiences. We then develop questions and interview techniques. We implement the research itself including, where appropriate, audio and video recording. All results are tabulated, analyzed, and reported to the client in a comprehensive report including tabulations and executive summary.
We also provide secondary research, in which we identify and compile existing data on a particular subject, then carefully analyze this data with an eye toward the informational needs of our client. Once again, all results are tabulated, analyzed, and reported including tabulations and executive summary.
